This year marks the twenty-fifth annivarsary of the publication of Jim Atleson's book, Values and Assumptions in American Labor Law. Atleson's book is widely considered to be one of the most important contributions to labor law scholarship in the late twentieth century. A diverse group of participants will examine the impact and influence of the book from the vantage point of different disciplines and provide the opportunity to generate new scholarship.
